The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused person having abducted the victim girl.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the statement of the victim girl made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and has submitted that victim girl has only made allegation against one Mithilesh Kumar as the person who had abducted the petitioner and taken her forcibly to Chennai. It is further submitted that no allegation whatsoever had been leveled by the victim girl as against the petitioner. The petitioner has a clean antecedent and is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017.
