2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 556 of 2022 for the offences registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence at about 9.15 P.M. informant was going to his house by his motorcycle and when he reached near Singha Bhaisda Jodaha bridge, three persons on a motorcycle came and on the point of country made pistol looted his motorcycle and mobile.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from his possession. He was not put on Test

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81358 of 2023(2) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 Identification Parade. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in jail custody since 04.08.2023. It is further submitted that other similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court, vide order dated 12.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18174 of 2023 and order dated 25.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43204 of 2023.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
