2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 109(1) / 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have fired on the face of informant, causing him bullet injury. Petitioner has got eight criminal antecedent.
