JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2018 in connection with Chakia P.S. case no. 41 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379, 411 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been apprehended in this case on suspicion that he is also involved in the theft of vehicles. Learned counsel submits that the case was registered against unknown and it appears that on confessional statement of one Bhim Thakur the petitioner has been implicated in this case. Referring to para 3 of the petition, he submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than two months.
