This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bettiah (Mufassil) PS case no. 447 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 327, 427, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the accused persons having demolished the idol of Sardar Ballabh Bhai Patel situated at the alleged place of occurrence.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and no such incident had ever taken place. The petitioner is said to be having a clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the land in question belongs to the petitioner and he is in possession over the same since a long time.

No.72383 of 2019(4) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, I deem it fit and appropriate to admit the petitioner to the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah (Mufassil) PS case no. 447 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
