Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of IPC. 3.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he tried to get appointment to the post of Junior Engineer on the basis of forged educational certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has never produced any forged certificate and he had only applied for the said post. The said Adv. No.01/2019 was itself set aside by Hon'ble Patna High Court vide C.W.J.C. No.7312/2021 dated 19.04.2022, thereafter, the petitioner has not applied on the said
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83611 of 2023(2) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 certificate. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. 5.
Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner has not been appointed on the said forged certificates, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Sachivalay P.S. Case No.119 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
