The petitioner seeks bail in Amdabad P.S. Case No.156 of 2019 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The stolen cycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is said to have disclosed that he purchased the cycle from Ranjit Kumar on payment of Rs.2,000/-.

It is submitted that petitioner has not committed any theft. He is bonafide purchaser. Petitioner is in jail since 13.09.2019. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71508 of 2019(4) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. Singh, the learned J.M. 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No.156 of 2019.
