ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No.63 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as a Prakhand teacher in the year 2012 by the order of District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Arwal and has taken training and had secure 856 marks which was submitted by him. It is submitted that there was some confusion that petitioner has passed the Part-I

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74576 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 examination whereas he has passed all the examinations but the university subsequently gave a report to the contrary, which resulted in filing of the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing to co-operate with the investigation and explain the true facts.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there appears to be no allegation of fraud as the petitioner's mark sheet has in fact been issued by the university and that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Arwal, in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No.63 of 2019.
