2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and one revolver has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2024. He claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81786 of 2024(2) dt.18-12-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IIIrd, Barh, Patna/concerned court in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 175/2024.

5. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the Court below will verify the antecedent of the petitioner and if the petitioner is found to be having clean antecedent, his bail bond shall be accepted and if he is found to be involved in other cases/case, his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
