The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.72 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that one sim card has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has not been named in the F.I.R. and till date he has not been identified through any T.I.P. Learned counsel submits that although the petitioner is named in one more case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, but in the said case he has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31951 of 2018 (2) dt.11-06-2018 been granted bail.

Learned APP for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S.
