NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.
The petitioner retired as Revenue Karmchari on 29.02.2016 and after his retirement, he rendered his service on contract basis for two years w.e.f. 30.02.2016 to 31.03.2018. The petitioner claims fixation of his financial pension and his retiral benefits including GPF, Gratuity and also the benefit of A.C.P. as he claims to have rendered his services from 20.07.1989 to 29.02.2016.
Considering the nature of his claim, this writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.11680 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 application is disposed of with a liberty to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3, the District Magistrate, Patna , which would be considered and disposed of by Respondent No. 3 within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation. The admissible dues would be paid to the petitioner within one month thereafter. If some dues as shown by the petitioners is not admissible,the respondent No. 3 would pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner by registered post. (Nilu Agrawal, J) sudha/- U
