ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2019 in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 89/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, but his name has surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police by one Lal Chand Kumar who has since been extended the privilege of regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 49937 of 2019 vide order dated 09.08.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that till date, he has not been placed on the T.I. Parade and there is no recovery from his possession. It is further submitted that

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Khagaria, in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 89/2019.
