The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents not to put hindrance in the functioning of the petitioner and not to harass the petitioner by asking any show cause or taking any action against him.

The petitioner is a teacher and from the statements made in the writ petition, it appears that petitioner made allegation against the officials without any proof. The District Programme Officer (Estb.), Jamui by letter No. 949 dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.22074 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 24.06.2019 asked the petitioner to file relevant documents of his training. The petitioner submitted the certificate to have got training from All India Education Society, Calcutta but the same institution is not recognized. The petitioner did not submit any show cause. Again the District Programme Officer (Estb.), Jamui vide letter No. 1565 dated 15.10.2019 directed the petitioner to submit relevant documents with regard to his education qualification, appointment letter and the petitioner submitted his show cause on 22.10.2019 with certified copy of original service book, appointment letter, educational qualification and the certificate of training institute but no action thereafter was taken. Without any basis, apprehending some action by the authorities, the petitioner filed this writ petition. Mere apprehension without any action does not give any cause of action to the petitioner.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
