2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case, registered for the offence punishable under Section 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. According to the FIR, the informant suspects that the named accused persons including the present petitioner, against whom the deceased had a long-standing land dispute, killed the informant's father.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. Only suspicion has been raised against all the accused persons including this petitioner on account of long standing land
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 79347 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 dispute. No material has come during the investigation to show the active participation of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 19.07.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Hussaingunj P. S. Case No. 272 of 2025.
