2. The petitioner claims to be a workman working under the Bank of India as Armed Guard. He has a grievance that respondents are, though required to refix his pay as on the date of his initial appointment in 2015, in accordance with guidelines issued by the Bank, they are not doing so and they are reluctant to do so.
3. If what has been stated in the writ application is treated to be correct, it is a dispute between the workman and
Patna High Court CWJC No.23441 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 the management under Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, which can be resolved under the said Act.
4. This application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate authority/forum for redressal of his grievance.
