2. The present application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from the public road by private persons and also to vacate all public lands encroached by the private persons in village Amodai Block Ramgarhwa, District East Champaran after proper legal proceeding.
3. It has been alleged by the petitioner that the Circle Officer, Ramgarhwa, East Champaran, is not initiating any encroachment proceeding with regard to the complaint made by the petitioner regarding the encroachment of village road.
4. The Circle Officer, Ramgarhwa has been moved by the Mukhiya on 18.12.2023.

5. The Circle Officer, Ramgarhwa is directed to examine the matter and if he finds any encroachment as per the allegation of the petitioner, he will initiate proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act in accordance with law.
6. He will hear the alleged encroachers and pass an order after hearing all the parties. The encroachment proceeding, if initiated, shall be concluded within 7 months from the date of communication of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
