The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Didarganj P.S.Case no.75 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 328, 324, 326, 307, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he administered water to the informant due to which he became unconscious and when he became conscious he found several stab injuries on his body.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no finding of the Doctor regarding the unconsciousness of the informant and out of five injuries, three were simple in nature and two were found grievous in nature. It is also submitted that he
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32515 of 2018 (2) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 is in custody for more than one year.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, as such the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
