2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 126(2), 303(2), 324(4), 352 and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 as well as under Sections 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that Vishal Kumar, Kaushal Rai and Niraj Kumar came with gun and fired at him and his brother causing injuries to the informant on his leg and nose while his brother received firearm
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80342 of 2025(2) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 injury on his chin and left leg while Lalan Ray, Raushan Ray, Sanjay Ray and Khushi Devi abused and assaulted them. It is further alleged that the reason for the occurrence was that informant objected daily drinking of Vinod Ray.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant on account of dispute relating to land.
5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the anticipatory bail application and submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioners of causing firearm injury to the informant and his brother and the investigation of the case is in its nascent stages.
6. Considering the submissions made by learned APP, this Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is hereby rejected in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.416 of 2025, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., 2nd, Patna City, Patna. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Sanjay/- U T
