The petitioner, who is in custody since 07.03.2019, seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 41 of 2019 dated 04.03.2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 354, 354(A) and 354 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the neighbour of the informant and he himself is a person of tender age.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73294 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 and the period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Jude-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 41 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
