Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 237 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420, 504, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. Moreover, no cogent material has come during course of the investigation against the petitioners, which is evident from the impugned order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32690 of 2018 (2) dt.06-06-2018 itself. Hence, the petitioners deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 237 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
