====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No.10 of 2018 punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner is father of the boy with whom the victim girl has married with her own will and volition. Learned counsel submits that from perusal of Annexure 2 which is the statement of the victim girl made under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., it would appear that she has disclosed her age to be about 19 years and has admitted to have married with the son of this petitioner with her will and volition and has expressed her desire to live with him.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32711 of 2018 (2) dt.14-06-2018 Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case that the petitioner is the father of the boy who has married with the victim lady, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Session Judge Cum-Special Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case. No.10 of 2018, subject to the conditions under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C.
