Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail, in connection with Economic Offence Case No.10 of 2015 registered under Sections 419, 420, 388 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
A fake call was made to the informant for depositing Rs.72,000/- and odd amount against his Credit Card bill amount to the account of one Arvind Kumar who disclosed that the money was withdrawn by using the ATM Card by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not concerned with the alleged offence, admittedly

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Monu Kumar @ Om Prakash @ Ajay Agrawal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Patna in connection with Economic Offence Case No.10 of 2015.
