Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GA-2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate steps and decision in light of the direction of the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court passed in LPA No. 748 of 2022 along with other analogous cases, wherein the petitioner's LPA bearing No. 797 of 2022 was also tagged along with the said LPA No. 748 of 2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that the order passed in LPA No. 748 of 2022 along with other analogous cases, including LPA No. 797 of 2022 is not being complied by the authorities, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that order of the Hon'ble Full Bench is not being complied by the authorities, in that event, the petitioner ought to have moved by filing an appropriate case before an appropriate forum instead of moving before a writ court, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to avail his remedy, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the instant writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. (Satyavrat Verma, J) SUMIT/- U
