The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation upon the petitioners is that they killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of Rs. 2 lac.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. He submits that the petitioners are the father-in-law

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72906 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 and mother-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that the husband of the deceased is in jail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran, Chapra in connection with Sonepur Police Station Case No. 644 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
