The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of one country made pistol and 375 ml illicit liquor from the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 30.06.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the

No.74009 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 petitioner immediately upon completion of six months of his custody i.e. w.e.f. 30.06.2019 subject to such condition as may be imposed by the learned court of Additional Sessions Judge2nd-cum- Special Judge, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
