2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109 and 352 of B.N.S., 2023 as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79758 of 2025(2) dt.08-12-2025 2/3 seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.6, who was arrested.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. The instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.6 is concerned.

It is next submitted that petitioners no.1, 2, 3 and 7 are persons with clean antecedent and petitioners no.4 and 5 have antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that on 31.07.2025 at 07:40 p.m., when he was returning home, he was intercepted by 12 named accused persons including the petitioners and the accused persons assaulted his brother causing injury on head and snatched his mobile while Ranjeet Kumar and Sujay Kumar fired and fled when villagers gathered.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant on account of dispute relating to land. It is further submitted that though it is alleged that two accused fired while fleeing but then the case is not instituted under the Arms Act. It is further submitted that even allegation of assaulting his brother is general and omnibus in nature.

8. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let petitioners no.1 to 5 and 7, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Barun P.S. Case No.373 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Sanjay/- U T
