2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 246 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the dead body of the deceased was recovered.

4. During investigation, the petitioner was arrested. His mobile location was found at the place of occurrence. On his confessional statement, the weapon used in the crime has been recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 10.07.2023.

5. From the above, it appears that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased and in these circumstances, he does not deserve bail.
