Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 38(1), 38(2), 41(1), 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on the statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.33114 of 2018(2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
