Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.87 of 2017 for the for the offence punishable under Sections 498A,341,323,406/34 of the IPC and Section 3⁄4 Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are falsely been implicated in this case. Further submits that petitioner nos.1 & 2 are father-in-law of the informant and petitioner no.3 is mother-in-law of the informant and they are no concern with the said occurrence.
