Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No.57 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is Mama of the bride, has been falsely implicated in this case. From perusal of the allegations levelled in the first information report, it appears that there is nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Moreover, on realizing the real truth, the parties have compromised the matter vide Annexure-2. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
