2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 372 of 2022, in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of NDPS Act.

3. Vide order dated 20.12.2024, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum Special Judge, Araria, dated 08.01.2025 is kept at flag 'A', whereby it is submitted that all the witnesses have been examined and the trial of this case will likely to be concluded within two months, if both the parties co-operate.

4. Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82229 of 2024(3) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.

6. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within two months.
