1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That present writ application is being filed to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 25.09.2023, passed in Aangawari Appeal Case No.42 of 2023, by Learned Collector by which he has pleased to allow the appeal of the Respondent No.

-8 and set a side the order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.17233 of 2023(2) dt.22-01-2024 2/3 06.05.2023, passed in Aaganwari Miscellaneous Case No. 10 of 2020, corresponding to Learned Memo No.

877, dated 06.05.2023, issued by Learned District Programme Officer, Madhubani by which he has passed an order to cancel the selection of Respondent No. -8, from the post of Aaganwari Sevika from Kendra No. - 152, situated at Village Sishwar, Ward No. 6, Post- Sishwar Bazar, Block and P.S. Phulparash, District - Madhubani and allowed the Miscellaneous case of the petitioner and a direction was made to select the appropriate candidate on the said post and accordingly petitioner was selected for the said post and further be pleased to confirm the Memo No. 877 and dated Learned 06.05.2023, issued by Learned D.P.O. Madhubani and direct the Respondents Authorities to not disturb the petitioner from her duty as she is performing her duty on the said post after her selection by the competent authorities."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative
