2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Chandi P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024 registered under Sections-103(1) & 3(5) of BNS and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of firing shot to the informant's husband, as a result of which, he sustained firearm injury and died in course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the informant's husband was killed by some unknown persons and the petitioner was implicated on being instigated at the hands of enemies of the petitioner due to

5. On the otherhand, the learned counsel for the Stated has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail by submitting that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of firing shot upon the husband of the informant.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the assailant, he is not entitled for privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
