There are two constant orders, first is passed by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Gopalganj dated 27.09.2024 whereby the membership application of the petitioner was allowed and the second order is of Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Saran, Chapra dated 01.10.2024 whereby his application was rejected, mentioning

Patna High Court CWJC No.17671 of 2024(2) dt.21-11-2024 2/2 therein that the petitioner by changing his date of birth has filed the second application.

3. In that view of the matter, the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Government of Bihar, Patna is directed to look into the matter and pass a fresh order as early as possible.

4. With these observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
