2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 1099 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 315, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 19.09.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84666 of 2023(3) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 1099 of 2023.
