Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365 of the Indian Penal Code later on Sections 364(A), 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
The son of the informant was found missing from his house. Hence, FIR of kidnapping was lodged against unknown. Thereafter, dead body was recovered. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused. It appears that some other co-accused have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this court vide Annexures-2 and 3 series, hence, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35806 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Siwan Town Police Station Case No.421 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
