2. Petitioner retired from the post of Assistant Teacher from S.P.S. Seminary, Sonepur, District- Saran in the year 2007. He seeks payment of final GPF amount as GPF has been deducted from the account of the petitioner for the years 1977 to 1985 and has not been included in the year-wise statement of the petitioner since 1986 till his retirement which comes to Rs. 5,466/- + interest total being Rs. 10,352/- as in the year 1986.

3. Considering the nature of relief claimed by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 9, the District Provident Fund Officer, Saran, which will be disposed of by reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. If the dues are admissible to the petitioner, the same will be paid within one month thereafter along with statutory interest.
