Earlier the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.59910 of 2017 considering the recovery of the looted tractor from his possession. The second bail application has been filed without any fresh ground for being considered and without substantial progress in the trial, so the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Madanpura P.S.
