Patna High Court CWJC No.22746 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 and 28.08.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. Nos. 7322 of 2017, 13734 of 2012 and 17552 of 2019 respectively. The petitioners therefore also deserve to be treated similarly.

The writ petition therefore is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of matric trained scale on completion of three years from the date of joining as they cannot be faulted in the matter if they have not been sent for on job training. Necessary directions in this regard may be taken by the respondents within a period of sixty days and consequential benefits be extended to the petitioners within a further period of one month from the date of such decision.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
