2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 199/2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/504/506/ 307/302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Altogether 13 persons are said to have assaulted the deceased. Vikas Kumar is said to have shot at the deceased. Other persons are also said to have sustained injury.

4. The petitioner is a lady and is in jail since 23.09.2024 and she claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Samastipur/ concerned court in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 199/2024.
