====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 169 of 2024, arising out of Kharagpur (Shampur) P.S. Case No. 637 of 2022, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that the deceased was murdered due to his relationship with one Dolly Kumari.

4. The police investigated the matter and exonerated the petitioner by submitting the final form. Thereafter, the Magistrate differed with the final form and took cognizance. The petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger / concerned Court below, in connection with S.T. No. 169 of 2024, arising out of Kharagpur (Shampur) P.S. Case No. 637 of 2024.
