The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 75 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that 12 other accused persons having identical allegation have already been granted pre-arrest bail vide orders dated 17.01.2018 and 03.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.1998 of 2018 and 12607 of 2018 by different Benches of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35903 of 2018 (02) dt.02-07-2018 this Court, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S.
