2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 12.600 litres illicit country made liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle of which this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle of which this petitioner is registered owner, the
