2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3.The prosecution case, in brief, is that D.P.O. (Education) Saran informed the S.H.O., Rivilganj, vide his letter no. 349 dated 05.11.2022, regarding financial irregularity committed in Kuer Chandradeep College, Rivilganj (Saran) by the Principal and other accused persons including the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the relevant time, petitioner was working as Bursar and has got no concern in committing financial irregularity. He has no role to play in distribution of grant in aid. Moreover, the petitioner has already been removed from the said post. Other similarly

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 375 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
