Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Maigra P.S.Case No. 20 of 2015, registered under Sections 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 and 33 of the Forest Act.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner, who is the driver of the Tractor, had over turned the tractor, causing accident with the loaded tractor and fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither seizure list has been prepared nor the petitioner is the owner of the tractor rather, he is driver. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Ashok Bharti, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Maigra P.S.Case No. 20 of 2015.
