From perusal of the order of the learned Single Judge, it is crystal clear that despite providing an opportunity of impleading such of those parties whose rights are likely to be affected be impleaded as parties, appellants failed to implead. This is evident from the order of the learned Single Judge. Taking note of the aforementioned issue, it is crystal clear that no interference is warranted in respect of order of the learned Single Judge dated 12.08.2024, passed in CWJC No.11990 of 2024.
