The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018 dated 02.03.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 151, 153(A), 332, 333, 353, 295(A), 427, 296 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 9 of the Bihar Control of the Use and Play of the Loudspeaker Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that because of the dispute between the two communities, the petitioner has been made accused in this case. Many persons have been named in the column of the accused persons but nothing specific has been alleged against anyone of them much less the petitioner.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and the nature of accusation, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned InCharge Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIIth, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
