JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed in petition as Mangan Sharma instead of Late Mahadev Lal and due to the aforesaid error the same defect has appeared in cause title of order dated 27.11.2019 and, accordingly, he seeks permission to make necessary correction in his petition. He is permitted to do so within course of the day. In cause title in order dated 27.11.2019, the father's name of petitioner be read as Mahadev Lal in place of Mangan Sharma and in the aforesaid manner the order dated 27.11.2019 stands modified to the above stated extent.
