The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 406, 468, 471/34 of Essential Commodities Act. The allegation against the petitioner is of taking Rs. 50,000/- from the informant in the name of providing him a job in Weltron.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20-09-2019. Charge sheet in this case has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the

It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 20,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to final outcome of the case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 20,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to final outcome of the case. On doing so, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 613 of 2019.
