2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 30(a), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, lodged on 19.07.2024 by the informant, Pradeep Kumar.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has been falsely implicated along with other accused persons and the recovery is found from an open place.

4. Learned APP, Mr. Bharat Bhushan has taken this Court to paragraph-3 to show that he has criminal antecedent.

5. Taking into account the aforesaid facts as also that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84525 of 2024(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 the petitioner has criminal antecedent, it would be appropriate that he surrenders and seek bail. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

6. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today and prays for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of, if possible, on the same day.
